Lived experiences: Housing and homelessness survey

This survey is for people who have experienced or are currently experiencing homelessness.

South Staffordshire Council is looking for people with lived experience of homelessness to help us shape, design and improve our services.

We want to build on our services with the help of those who have used them and know them best.

By sharing your views, you will help us understand:

• how well our services currently support you
• what needs to change
• how you want to be involved
• what support you need to take part
• what makes involvement feel safe and comfortable
