Welcome to our customer satisfaction survey
We value your feedback and it's important for us to understand what you enjoy about our leisure centres, as well as where we can improve. Your views will help shape future projects, services and facilities, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible experience for our members and visitors.
This is a short survey that should only take a few minutes to complete. Most questions are multiple choice, with opportunities to provide additional comments if you'd like to tell us more about your experience.
As a thank you for taking part, one participant will be selected at random to win a FEE-FREE MONTH'S MEMBERSHIP.

To take part, you will be asked to create an account. This is quick and easy to do, requiring only a couple of short questions. Creating an account helps us keep responses secure and manage engagement activities. You will only receive notifications about council topics that you choose to follow or sign up for.

We're carrying out a customer satisfaction survey to better understand how our leisure centres are meeting the needs of members and visitors.
Whether you use our facilities regularly or only occasionally, we'd like to hear about your experience. We're interested in what you enjoy most about our centres, how you use our facilities and services, and where there may be opportunities for improvement. The feedback gathered through this survey will be used to inform future projects. Your views will help ensure that we continue to provide high-quality facilities and services that support the health and wellbeing of our communities.
